1. What We Collect
Contact form submissions — name, email, phone, company, budget range, and any message you send us.
Scheduling data when you book a call through Calendly, including name, email, and the meeting details you provide.
Basic technical data collected automatically — IP address, browser type, and pages visited — through standard site analytics.
For active clients: campaign and account information you or your platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads) provide to us in the course of running your marketing.
2. How We Use It
To respond to inquiries and follow up on marketing audits and proposals.
To deliver, measure, and report on services for active clients.
To send transactional email — booking confirmations, invoices, and campaign reports.
To improve this site and our services. We do not use your information to train third-party AI models beyond the operational tools described below.
3. Who We Share It With
We do not sell your information.
We use a small set of processors to run this business: Supabase (database hosting), Vercel (site hosting), Resend (transactional email), Stripe (payment processing for active clients), and Slack (internal notifications). Each processes data only as needed to provide their service to us.
For active clients, campaign data is shared with the ad platforms you’ve authorized us to manage on your behalf (Google Ads, Meta Ads, and similar), consistent with each platform’s own privacy terms.
We disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Phantom Agency or others.
4. Data Retention
Contact form submissions and inquiries are retained for as long as reasonably useful for follow-up, and deleted on request.
Client account and campaign data is retained for the duration of the engagement and for a reasonable period after, consistent with standard bookkeeping and reporting needs, unless a shorter period is agreed in your service agreement.
5. Your Choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you by emailing sophia@phantomagency.net.
You can unsubscribe from any marketing email using the link in that email at any time.
6. Children’s Privacy
This site and our services are directed at businesses and business owners. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

We may update this policy as our services evolve. The date below reflects the most recent revision.
